delicious and full
Jun. 7th, 2010 10:15 pmAnother fantastic day. It's not an official weigh-in or anything, but before my shower this morning I hopped on the scale, butt naked, and weighed in at 171.5. TEE HEE.
Here's what I ate today...
Breakfast! I made a 3-egg omelet with two slices of pre-cooked Oscar Mayer bacon (love this stuff) and 2 ounces of shredded cheddar.
Lunch was a cup of baby salad greens, small can of tuna, and mayonnaise.
Dinner was a chunk of Pollock and a giant portion (okay, not GIANT - about two cups) of green and yellow beans with a half cup of mushrooms, a slice of bacon chopped up for that delicious salty flavor, and some onion flakes.
This is too good to be true. I'm eating well-rounded meals, low carbohydrates, and I'm actually cooking for myself for once instead of grabbing something quick and on-the-go.
I had my first LSAT class tonight after work. It's going to kick my ass, I'm pretty sure of it. Off to watch the final episodes of Biggest Loser season 9 on Hulu!!
